From the time I made contact the service has been brilliant and the planning application and approval was made relatively simple because of their understanding of my objectives and the planning regulations to work within in order to achieve my objective.
Building Regulations were also an issue but the detailed, patient and methodical approach won through.
The quality of drawings, the support of a good structural engineer and even the presentation of invoices for payment was professional all through the process. Finally, on the day of building control approval I received everything by email/pdf followed by hard copy drawings 2 days later.
